At Petocart, we care about your little one and make sure your product reaches you on the assigned delivery date. However, irregularity or minor inconvenience in case of delivery may only occur in certain cases and we will make it up to you the Petocart way.

Every order, big or small, is shipped in double boxes to avoid any kind of damage to the product, making it the perfect surprise for your pet. All orders that are priced $ 250 or above need the customer's signature post delivery.Our daily orders are many, and so are our shipping methods and our prime motive is forever to make you smile post delivery. In case you love more products on the site and place the order outside of our working hours, we will list it on the next day's delivery list.
Our delivery is only confined to the country limits which is why we do not accept any international order requests.
In case you change your mind about our product post delivery, all the returns are subject to 25% restocking. We do not refund shipping charges and all other refunds approved by us will take about two weeks of processing.
