(please upgrade the status of your tracking number) We offer Combined Shipping (USPS priority 2-3 days business $15 (unlimited quantity of fishes per box). If the weather is unfavorable for shipping(below 20*F or above 110*F) we reserve the right to cancel your order or hold the fish until it is safe to ship again(not the additional cost of holding your order). We DO NOT ship to Alaska and Hawaii the weather is unfavorable for shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. When you open the box then you will see betta look pale colors. Because of stress from long traveling. (Please take a rest overnight and then betta will regain all colors) We DO NOT accept the return. In the case of DOA ( Dead On Arrival), please take clear photos of the dead fish in an original and unopened bag and then send to our mail and then we will issue a full refund for the betta. You can pick an available betta which the same price tag as your dead betta ( shipping fee and fishes are FREE). We DO NOT accept DOA any later than one hour after delivered.
