Safety

This powerhead is very safe for submersible use thanks to its fully epoxy sealed motor. Each product has been submerged in water and tested with super high voltage to avoid electricity leakage.

Energy-efficiency and silence

The rotor made of permanent magnet and the specially designed impeller make the best use of the power of the motor to achieve high energy efficiency and low noise. 

Aerating aquarium

This powerhead comes with air tubing and air venturi to supplement oxygen supply in the aquarium. No need for an extra air pump and air stone.

Moving water

The powerhead creates a nice underwater current, keeping the water moving around your tank. The current will give your fish something to swim against, which is appreciated by active river fish. In the meanwhile the moving water will bring fish excrement or particulars to the filter for a healthy environment in the aquarium.

Helping heating

The heater will stop working when it only heats up the water around the heater. While in area far from the heater, the water temperature is still low. With a powerhead the water flows better in the tank, moving water around the aquarium so that the heater keeps working till the water in the whole tank reaches the ideal temperature.

The pump can be used with both fresh water and marine water.

WD1200: Max. Flow 265GPH (1000L/H), Max lift 4.6ft (1.38m), and 12W power. For tank size of 60-80 gallons.
