NOSORB The original non-absorbent cat litter developed by practicing veterinarians. The easy way to collect urine samples from cats! Urinalysis is an important diagnostic tool sometimes overlooked in cats because of the difficulty in obtaining the sample. With NOSORB it is so easy that many veterinarians report doubling the number of urinalyses done. The indications are many, including urinary tract disease, monitoring hydration and kidney function, helping to control diabetes, part of a routine work-up, etc. Now it is easy with NOSORB. Features & Benefits NOSORB is inexpensive to use and has a 98% acceptability by cats as litter. NOSORB is a special nonabsorbent, inert, disposable granule that makes it easy to obtain a urine sample by client or technician. NOSORB is designed to be used in the hospital or to be dispensed for out-patient use. Once NOSORB is in your hospital, you will find yourself doing more urinalysis, thus increasing profits. Most hospitals using NOSORB are now doing urinalysis routinely on cats for a more complete work-up. Clients are very pleased when they learn their pet does not have to be hospitalized, catheterized, sedated or have their bladder expressed just to obtain a urine sample and that they can avoid the added expense and possible trauma to their pet. Because NOSORB can be used easily at home, many veterinarians dispense NOSORB and have clients return a urine sample for a recheck at a specified time. Directions: Just clean the litter pan and add NOSORB. The cat will urinate as always. Easy to use in hospital or dispense for the client to use at home. Readily accepted by cats as litter.
