The Balto Jump Brace is an ideal brace for dogs with torn CCL, and other problems. Designed to support one of the most common injuries in canines, Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) trauma. Affecting millions of patients annually, CCL injuries include: full or partial tearing of the ligament, luxation of the patella and knee joint conditions such as arthritis, arthrosis and varus/valgus instability. The Balto Jump Knee Brace can be used as an alternative to surgery if the patient is not an ideal candidate, for pre/post-surgical support, and contralateral support to prevent new cranial cruciate ligament injuries. The brace can also be used without splints for compression to support conditions such as arthritis and arthrosis. This brace has two pockets, which contain angled splints to restrict the movement of the knee when necessary. Additionally Balto Jump includes features for active dogs such as a strap to secure the brace to the collar of the dog, and a second stability strap that can be secured to the opposite leg.
