Tips. 1. For indoor use only. 2. Only the stainless steel Buffon is dishwasher safe. 3. If you have multiple pets, you need to clean the water dispenser and change the filter more often. 4. Some pets may be wary of new items in the environment. If your pet refuses to use the water fountain, it is recommended that its previous water source be placed next to the water fountain for a period of time. After a period of familiarization, if your pet is used to drinking from this water fountain, you can remove the previous water source. 5. How to remove limescale. Soak in a 1:1 ratio of white vinegar and water solution or food-grade citric acid for 30 minutes. 6. Not recommended for kittens or large dogs under 3 months of age. The water dispenser is best suited for cats and small dogs. Please note that naughty pets may tip the fountain over. 7. If the water dispenser dispenses little or no water, you can reset it by following these steps. Check that you have installed the spout and filter tray correctly, making sure to fill the water to the highest level. There may be air trapped on the surface of the water inlet, shake the pump properly to remove the air. Wash and clean the pump. If it still does not work, ask us and we will fix it.
