Works well, but a bit pricey

This eye cream from Bio-Groom works effectively on my Maltese's tear stains. I appreciate that it's cruelty-free and all-natural, which is a big plus for me. However, I do find it a little on the expensive side for the amount provided.

Decent product but slow shipping

I received the Bio-Groom Tear Stain Remover for my dog last week. It seems decent so far, and I like that it’s hypoallergenic. However, it took longer than expected to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Fingers crossed it works better in the long run!

Not for sensitive pups

I wanted to love this Bio-Groom eye cream, but my little Bichon Frise had an adverse reaction. It made her eyes a bit red after application. I think it might be too strong for her sensitive skin. I wish there was a better option for such delicate pups.
