These Egyptian Gold Quail Hatching Eggs come from a distinct line of Coturnix quail developed for their rare feather coloration, calm temperament, and excellent production traits. The Egyptian Gold variety features a light golden base with darker mottling, offering a unique appearance that stands out in mixed flocks. Birds from this line are consistent layers and adapt well to a range of environments, making them suitable for both hobbyists and small-scale producers.
All eggs are sourced from active, healthy breeder stock within the Undique partner network. The line has been maintained with a focus on visual uniformity, strong hatchability, and productive performance over time.
Incubation takes approximately 17 to 18 days at 99.5°F with a humidity level of 45 to 50 percent, increasing to 65 to 70 percent during the final three days of incubation (lockdown). Eggs should be rested pointed end down for 12 to 24 hours before incubation. They are not washed to ensure the natural protective bloom remains intact. Hatch rates vary based on incubation methods, equipment quality, and handling, and are not guaranteed.
This product is suitable for breeders looking to introduce a visually striking and reliable quail variety into their flock for egg production, breeding projects, or homestead sustainability.
