I ordered two of these
1 in black and this one dark grey
I made the order in one however they were sent out separately which I just don’t understand why you would do if they were ordered together

After about two weeks I received tracking numbers for the separate orders
When I opened the tracking it said both had been delivered
At this time neither had arrived
The next day the black backpack was delivered
But I have not to this day received the dark grey backpack
This order was made on the 7th of June
I have sent emails regarding this situation
And am still waiting on a response
