Mixed results with multiple pets

Broke within two weeks
Fell apart after barely two weeks of gentle use by my small dog. The seams are poorly constructed and the material quality is not what was shown in the photos. Not worth the money.

Disappointed with the durability
Seemed great at first but started showing wear within a month of regular use. My medium-sized dog was able to damage it faster than expected. Expected better quality at this price.

Packaging was damaged on arrival
The product arrived with the box clearly crushed. One part was cracked and I had to request a replacement. Customer service eventually helped but the whole process took two weeks.
