Product itself is fine — my cat likes it well enough. But it took nearly three weeks to arrive which was really frustrating. The product earns 4 stars but shipping drags it to 3.

Did not work as described
This product claims to be suitable for cats and dogs but my pets wanted nothing to do with it. The smell was also quite strong out of the box. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Works well for our household
We have two dogs and both took to this product quickly. It does exactly what it advertises and cleanup is easy. A reliable choice for multi-pet households.

Broke within two weeks
Fell apart after barely two weeks of gentle use by my small dog. The seams are poorly constructed and the material quality is not what was shown in the photos. Not worth the money.

Exceeded all my expectations
Ordered on a whim and was blown away by the quality. My cats have shown more interest in this than anything else I've bought them. Excellent product through and through.
